Effective 1 January 2014, the notice periods have been fundamentally changed.
Our tool makes it possible to calculate the notice periods and possible compensation in lieu in the case of dismissal or resignation, before or after 1 January 2014. Thus both the old and the new laws are integrated into our tool.
